The
Dance Of The Lonely Silhouette
(Dale)
(Dale)
He watched her
silhouette dancing along the stained glass
He wonder if she ever noticed him as the day passed
At times he imagined dancing with her beneath the sitting sun
But yet he was shackled to the life of a lonely one
He wonder if she ever noticed him as the day passed
At times he imagined dancing with her beneath the sitting sun
But yet he was shackled to the life of a lonely one
(Myrna)
She saw him glance her way
And thoughts began to run astray
And then he smiled and she knew
That maybe life could begin anew
She was tired of lonely and feeling blue
And his smile told her he knew too.
She saw him glance her way
And thoughts began to run astray
And then he smiled and she knew
That maybe life could begin anew
She was tired of lonely and feeling blue
And his smile told her he knew too.

So the shackles of loneliness began to fray
As the sun cast her silhouette in a new eloquent way
He reached out for her silky hand
To enter her ballroom would be grand
As the sunset faded into night
Their silhouettes dancing in radiant crimson light
Filling the breeze with a sweet delight
So the shackles of loneliness began to fray
As the sun cast her silhouette in a new eloquent way
He reached out for her silky hand
To enter her ballroom would be grand
As the sunset faded into night
Their silhouettes dancing in radiant crimson light
Filling the breeze with a sweet delight
