The Greatness of God
Before your Greatness, Lord, I surrender,
also for those who have not yet discovered the grace of you
knowing and loving, in the most intimate of being ...
And I start to ask:
Who would put such beauty in this exuberant nature?
Or, who could paint the flowers and the green of the woods with such perfection?
Who would be able to create the sources to irrigate the lands or to quench our thirst?
In what hands is there so much fatherly tenderness?
And who has placed in us the breath of life, and the love that cherishes hearts?
Impossible to live a lifetime and not to recognize as Creator of all things ...
No other answer would fit here, for these questions,
but only Your great Love to give us nature as a complete house in beauty and food ...
And still placed in our heart to love to love and the need to be loved ...
It is unthinkable that you love this generation of ungrateful people ...
Forgive those who still do not accept you or blaspheme against Your Holy Name. Give them one more opportunity to experience Your Grace, Mercy, and Love in their lives.
To You all the Glory and praise for ever and ever!
